Losing one player does not mean YJ and Stars are now better than BLC. Did Stars keep all their players?

Agreed. It seems clear that this was a YJ parent trying to make a point. The reality is that BLC and YJ both lost one of their best players. Both teams still have several good players on their rosters, but you need to see how much they’re affected by those players leaving for competitors. Any additions to either team don’t appear to be players who were huge difference makers on high ranked local teams so we will see how they help. Even losing those players BLC and YJ are the top teams in the DMV and it isn’t really close, unless Stars added a ton of talent somehow.

Didn’t BLC beat YJ handily in NGLL? Not trying to stir the pot and in fact an anti BLC in general but seems like movement would have had to be way more extreme for YJ to claim top position locally …

And Stars is a joke. No way they are better than BLC.

My concern with M&D DC, obviously the brand is nice, but you also got M&D Red, M&D Orlando, M&D Shore, so that's 100 kids in same program same class all trying to be recruiting post Sep 1st. That's going to be very hard coordination over there.

There are going to a lot of moving parts and M&D national is going to be involved in club wide support and decisions. Those will evolve each branch. But recruiting coordination lift from other locations won't be one of them. KM is the recruiting coordinator for DC and won't be involved in the other locations, only leveraging what she can from higher up, the brand and M&D DC coaches. And her contacts, of course.
