Big win for Renegades! They must have had some fly ins.

One week you lose to True Va, a couple days later beat the best team in the country. Amazing work! Probably film study and self reflection.

Kind of how it feels sometimes playing BLC Orange. Sometimes you beat them handily and then the next time, a couple of ringers show up

After being ranked first all season, YJ Babst lost it in the final week of the season. That has to hurt.

Once the MD select/Renegades game is fixed… YJ will be back on top.

They fixed the bad entries. M&D is still on first.

No, they didn't. Your schadenfreude has a limited shelf life. Enjoy it while you can.

You have to give Yellow Jackets their credit.

Maryland formed an all-star team and still lost to them when it counted.

One Long Island club > all of Maryland’s best

YJ LI is an excellent team, but most of M&D didn’t tryout and the team held two practices together before the tournament, which does make a difference.

Now it’s fixed. MD Select moved to the national team rankings and…YJ back on top.

Correct. It was not "all of Maryland's best". Most of the top girls from the teams in the area didn't even tryout as most everyone knows it's a money grab and the competion in Tampa is a joke. The US Nationals games were worth it and better competition but the girls/families overall seemed to do it for some extra lacrosse and for a fun experience. YJ Babst has been playing together for years with the same coaches, and is definitely going to be better playing as a team and knowing each others as players. Additionally, while they had a very large roster most of their starters did not leave the field. Maryland Select subbed every player equally for equal playing time.

There were some good girls on Maryland Select but that was not Maryland's best.

It's a shame YJ Babst and M&D never played each other all season.

Sounds like some people are bitter their kid didn't make the team.

MD Select is supposed to be fun and extra high level lacrosse - several of the girls don't play for top 10 teams but are good enough. And when recruiting happens they will have extra coaches in their corner.

American Select is this weekend. No excuses, as it looks like most of the top girls from VA, MD are on various teams that will be going head to head with each other. The Long Island black team is composed of mostly Babst players so the local teams will get a chance to settle it on the field. Good luck to all the local teams.
