DD has a few former friends (former because they did not keep in touch with her after freshman year) and we were chatting earlier today and wondering if she'll run into any of them in college... |
Well you certainly don’t need a list then! Tell us where she’s going to college and I’m sure someone can let you know. |
UVA, but how would you know who her friends are? |
Look them up on Facebook. |
Weird. |
Wow, you are dense. Your question was overbroad for your purposes. And super weird that your daughter can’t find any other way to know if former friends are going to UVA than asking mommy to post on DCUM. |
Lady, you have too much time on your hands. A list--like the one so many schools publish--would be an easy way to check, since the friends haven't been in contact for a couple of years. And we're not on FB (yeah, there are people who don't worship Zuck). How about you move on and pick on someone else and let a nicer TJ parent respond? |
TJToday usually publishes its senior edition with college destinations on Issuu. The edition for 2019 has not been posted yet, but give them another month or so. |
Remember that this list is based on kids who respond to their senior survey - ie it may not be completely currect - but also the "school profile" will have this years numbers minus those colleges where < 10 students attend. |
This is a joke, right!??!?! Grow the heck up poster! |
NP Lol. You’re the lady with too much time on her hands. |
Visiting the site after a long time... Geez, the bitchfest is still on! |
TJ Today released the printed list on Thursday afternoon/evening for graduation practice. But I do not think it’s online yet.
Keep an eye here. When it’s released online that’s where it will be. Some years, the kids are better at getting it up than others https://www.tjtoday.org/current-print-issue/ |
First, congrats and good luck to your daughter!
Curious from the tone of your post and just guessing - Did your daughter apply to TJ and not get in and you now want to find out if she got into a better school than her classmates who did get in to TJ? Or did your daughter not apply to TJ because your family believes that TJ kids are disadvantaged in college applications as they must compete with their classmates and you want to validate that decision? I ask because I agree with all the prior posters that there is no way a teenager can't use social media or the high school grapevines to find out where her former friends are headed - just feels odd to post here. |
