How can I get away with spelling Sarah with a C?

Anonymous
Op here, I really like the name Sarah but would like to spell it with a C, which cultures of languages permit this? Is there any way that I can get away with spelling Sarah in a C instead of the usual S?

I think everyone would pronounce it Kara.

This. Have you considered Cierra?

I knew someone with he last name Cera pronounced like Sarah. I don’t think you can do CA and expect an S sound because of phonics, but Cera would read as Sarah. I think I would find it annoying to be named Cera and constantly have to correct people but maybe your daughter will love being unique.

Why in the world would you condemn your daughter to a lifetime of having her name mispronounced and/or misspelled, just so you can have a moment of narcissistic novelty?
