Yep, I am a high libido older women and when I get it, I want it more. I can go without it for long periods of time and satisfy myself.

Once you lose some weight, eat better, sleep better, lower your stress and anxiety levels, then

LIFT. WEIGHTS.

Honestly - regular strength training releases testosterone. You don't have to work out for hours at a time. Just 30 mins, 3-4 times a week, and you will be ready to go.
