Bethesda girls U13

Historically, how many teams has BSC fielded for its girls' U13? And was/is one of them ECNL?

They have 3 teams--one ECNL and 2 others.
But they go down from 4 U12 teams so this limits the number of outside kids they can bring in without cutting their own kids.

There are 3. Academy Blue, White, then Green.

3 current U13 teams- ECNL(lightning), State cup team (the rowdies/EDP), and then the Bulldogs (NCSL)

The coach list is being released tomorrow by BSC for 2019/2020 season.

So, wouldn't the three U13 teams need more players than what the existing three U12 teams can provide (assuming the U12 team rosters have 12-13 players and the U13 team rosters have 17-18 players)?

Yeah, a bit. Current u13 and u14 ecnl teams have about 15 players.

Yeah, a bit. Current u13 and u14 ecnl teams have about 15 players.

yes. Last year there were 4 U12 teams (blue, white, green, orange) consolidating into the 3 U13 teams. So there were no spots available to outside players without Bethesda cutting current players.
This year there are only 3 teams moving to 3 slightly larger teams so there will be open spots to the outside.
