Ugh! Started out good with breakfast and then I got to work. A big shot employee is retiring end of week and I guess it’s going to be a weeklong event! I couldn’t resist these delicious cookies. Then I had entirely too many BBQ chips, because why not after I ruined it with the cookies. Damnit! Also didn’t have time to workout.
Tomorrow is a new day, but I thought I’d be accountable here, so I don’t go for round 2 tomorrow. |
| Unless it's the box of oatmeal cookies from Whole Foods, I'm not touching it. OP, you need to up your standards and not help yourself to crappy food in the office. |
They were from a bakery and absolutely delicious! They took every ounce of willpower I had. The chips, I have no excuse. But yes, I won’t make the same mistake tomorrow! |
It is what it is. One day of eating crap won't ruin your progress. Tomorrow is a new day Don't restrict or go crazy, just get back to eating your normal healthy diet.
|
| Just dont eat when you go home. Skipping dinner once in while is fine. Just start a new today with a protein rich breakfast and move on! |
\ Nope. Eat a healthy dinner and move on. |

"I’ve eaten nothing but crap today. "
Then wow your breath must be awful. |

If you eat Junk or Sugary food and feel guilty then you want to drink a lot of water and skip one or two meals the next day. Drink some green tea and increased metabolism will take care of it within a few days.
Next time remember that Cookies, Pizzas, and Cakes are always delicious. Another way to control cravings is by eating one cookie very slowly and then drinking a full cup of water. Then, chips and another cup of water. You will feel full by then. Water is your next best weapon against craving without feeling guilty. |
