I feel bad for his family. The son’s statement was good.

For those who argued that he didn’t actually hurt the small teen, see this quote from the Post story:

Yes, he was arrested 6/6 and posted bail the same day. He was only in jail for a few hours.

Well people are arguing someone who grabbed a woman’s arm and knocked a guy over should get 30 years, so why would now be the time anyone is keeping things in perspective and differentiating between gradations of misconduct/criminality?

This guy should get probation and a fine. Maybe a week or two in jail, but that's about it.

"Crazed cyclist" is not a thing. Decent people don't turn into jerks when they get on a bike. When jerks get on bikes they stay jerks. And when racist jerks get on bikes then you have that guy.
