Is the ED even involved on the day to day to interact with a coach? I'm sure one of the few to remain from the old regime would not last very long. At this point SYC is full of Directors who are all very close to the TD. Friends & Family club. |

Why not stick around so the kid can play with his/her friends, enjoy a short commute, etc. In 3 or 4 years Este and Pepe will be gone, gone, gone... |

| I've got an SYC question. What league does their top team play in? I thought last year they switched from CCL to the NPL but I don't see any of their teams listed in the results |

Lmvsc coaches will be gone sooner. The ED drives everyone away. |

Many of their top teams (and others) play in the thousand or so divisions of edp. Next year the td’s plan to put them back in ccl so that a few coaches can each have 3 teams and rely on unpaid parent volunteers to run the practices while they are busy not teaching kids how to play soccer
