Having sat on a grand jury, I know you can pretty much indict a ham sandwich. This latest is a true nothing burger.

Because once the 30+ charges are public they will be unable to defend trump.

Statute of limitations in NY is 5 years.

Wow, imagine a DA not knowing.

In the remote instance that Trump is found innocent of the charges, then what happens?

Will there be any difference (besides whether Trump does jail time)?

Also will the case be sped up because of the presidential election or will it be slow-walked? People will have their spin on it depending on their POV, but how does it work in reality?

I won't be surprised if the whole thing is thrown out of court.

Why? Because the court/judge will be afraid to touch the issue? Wouldn’t that be worse for the Dems than trying him? And won’t the court look more politically bent if it drops the case?

RICO. Continuing criminal enterprise. When did Trump stop committing crimes?

Oh do tell. I guess having sat on a grand jury makes you all knowing. I truly would like to hear how you know this is a “ nothing burger”. Spoken like a true MAGA idiot!

If only the GOP stance on "no person is above the law" had remained consistent

You don't see democrats shying away from accountability. If HB, or Joe or Hillary did something illegal, they should be held to account for it. And yet...

It’s totally necessary. He’s threatening the prosecutor and already targeting the judge.

Because from day 1, he had the kompromat on every last one of them and the party as a whole.
