I am not Disney defender, but people need to understand, Disney has these "breaks" because they bought up a lot of swampland, created an attraction, paid for ALL of the infrastructure and generate billions of dollars for Florida and the counties. Neither the counties nor Florida have the resources to cover the expenses that Disney covers and the new tax wouldn't come close. So sure, pass the law and watch Disney close shop.
