| Does your spouse have the app? I don't cheat but how could I, spouse knows where I am with one click. I have no intention to cheat but those of you on here with the constant wondering of what he is doing or where he is could fix this with on download. Did he refuse to put it on his phone? |
Regular sex would be a much more effective anti-cheat measure. If you need an app for that, try Calendar (with recurring alarms if needed). |
| Huh? What about the other phone? Everyone here has a burner right? Leave the regular phone in the office, forward calls and texts. No need for pseudo duggar bs. |
No, regular decency would. The posters that always insinuate that people cheat because of sx are just boring as hell. Any decent human being won't hurt their partner because they're not getting enough sex, and any decent human being won't deprive their partner of sex to punish them for something they did earlier in the day. But more importantly, a good person would fix their marriage or leave it before jumping into bed with someone else. |
You don’t even need a burner. Just find a willing coworker. |
|
I am confused. This is an app that tells you where your spouse is 24/7? There are so many ways to get around that.
Just marry a decent person! |
|
I want to write "oh, honey" like that annoying "oh, honey" poster, because this is a very naive view of the world, but I won't because "oh, honey" is so very patronizing.
But I will say, no, this app won't stop anything. |
App is Life 360 I guess you don't have teens or kids with a phone. App tells you where the phone is so yes a cheating spouse could leave the phone somewhere and communicated via a burner phone to their AP but unless disabled for locations the app can tell where a person is or has been. We have our family on a circle notifications are pushed out when persons phone leaves work, school etc |
Stop? no probably not but creates an extra hurdle / thing they have to go around to cheat.."why was your phone off" "weird you were in this part of the city" |
| This will do nothing for the tons of traveling businessmen in DC that cheat on their spouses in their hotels. If they come to town regularly, the might see the person more than once. |
| This posted made me literally do a spit-LOL. My family uses Life360. My brother in law has been cheating since Christmas with a woman at work. Once we knew, we could all see him over at her area of the building many times through the day. |
| Depends on the cheater's strategy. If they lie about their whereabouts, then yes. If they cheat in the natural flow of life (work travel, etc) then no. Nothing will ever eliminate misbehavior. |
| You can just shut your phone off or leave it somewhere or do something like go to a hotel with a restaurant and say it was lunch. We have find my friends and its not always accurate, which is frustrating. |
|
How silly. Don't alert anyone you're checking up on them. Small gps magnet, or the old fashion way. A good pair of eyes to see what he does on his lunch hour or after work.
|
| Y'all are insane. Only thing that will prevent a spouse/partner from cheating is their own volition. There is nothing you can do or say or implement or threaten someone with that will guarantee them from getting some side action if they WANT some side action. Will there be repercussions if they do it with the 360app...could they get caught easier with the 360app? SURE! But it ain't gonna stop em if that's what they wanna do. |
