Of the choices given, I would pick art museum. Temperature controlled not sweating and freezing cold, calm quiet environment chance for talking and learning each other likes dislikes while admiring great works of art!

Zoo or art museum. No need to display a skill (I think some people would be stressed cooking or rock climbing on the first date) but plenty to observe and discuss to kickstart conversation. Follow either with dinner and/or drinks.

Why does there have to be some weird activity that sounds like your weekend wit your children. Honestly, I'd probably cancel on all of these and ghost you.
