| Who climbed in bed to cry while toddler watched tv |
| Hugs. |

Is this common/frequent for you? If so, you should probably find a therapist or close friend to talk to. That said, I've been there. I've done it and felt much better after a good cry (and then a nap).
Hope you're feeling better soon! |

Been there sister.
Tomorrow is another day. |
| It’s hard... we have all done it. Much better than getting upset and screaming (which I have also done in more than one occasion) |
|
We all have those days. As long as it isn't happening too often.
Just remember tomorrow is another day. |
| At least you're not watching tv while your toddler climbed into bed to cry. IMO, you're way ahead of the game! |
| Hugs OP - take a break. |

I often out myself in timeout.
Not to trivialize it, but I also find my emotions get the best of me during certain points in my cycle. |
| No shame in a good cry. Hang in there. |
| Girl it happens to all of us. Tomorrow is another day! Parenting is tough! Sending love. |
| Thank you, all, I needed to hear that! |
| Aw man, I was gonna write something snarky in response to your post title like "too late to change that", but reading the substance of your post makes me feel for you. Hope your day gets better, OP. |
| What's wrong? Do you need help? |

My toddler was a nightmare this AM too - she really is manic on holidays. I basically threw her into the car so her dad could take her to daycare.
If the worst thing that happens if you had a good cry while your toddler was occupied, you're WAY ahead of 95% of parents... |
