Posters who ignore those qualifiers and answer anyway.

How can you know if a poster is male or female on an anonymous forum? Seems stupid to post such questions.

Well when they answer “Not a man but...” Why answer when the question isn’t directed at you?

That responder could still be lying about their sex. Iy's just a stupid style of question to ask when there's no possible way to check. Clearly, you like to ask these questions, more power to you, just know you are annoying, not just for the stated reason, but your questions are incredibly juvenile " do guys like pink hair?" work on your self esteem.

Lol. I’ve never asked one of those questions. They just don’t bother me. But maybe I should since the concept seems to make you lose your sh!t.

When people reply "LMAO". That's it. Nothing else.

Why bother replying. Is there another opinion there, is there anything there.

I saw this reply to quite a normal response and thought what's funny about that.

Ditto for MoCo.

Any poster that claims parents just want “free childcare”.

That line has gotta be a conservative-troll line, no?

people who ask, “why is this is the lgbtq forum?” maybe i just want to talk to other gays!

People who ask for help and say ...and go! or “bonus points”.

The Jamie Raskin cult. I think it’s just one person sock-puppeting, or his social media interns, but they always manage to slide him into any conversation about GDS and always talk about him as if he’s the second coming himself on other threads. I’ve never heard anyone praise any politician the way they praise him. It’s really weird.

Ugh, yes. “And go!” and “Prove me wrong!” make me irrationally irritated.

I want to know where we are going. I never see “and go” on other social media platforms.

I think this reflects the way a lot of people who post on DCUM view themselves as someone that is served by others. The “...and go!” posters in particular are usually asking you to do their homework for them. Like “Family if four, need vacation destination with beach and city, bonus points for Michelin starred restaurants. And go!” Like we’re their travel agent.

Very different vibe than people who are just like “anyone else dealt with this? How did you handle?” which allows people to just speak from experience.

I've seen it before. I also worked in management consulting before (where I thought this phrase originated) and generally, the more annoying the person, the likelier they were to say it.

Too funny. I was going to say, I see it on Consulting Humor Instagram where it is mocked mercilessly, but that seemed too specific. Maybe it did start there!

This. And then they get snarky if you call them on it. They attack "Why did you click on my thread if you didn't know. You have never gone to a Michelin starred restaurant anyway so go away troll!"
