As someone at the game, there were more comments on the sideline on how hard fought the game was between both teams. Why can’t SJC just be a solid team that took the mighty Visi into OT. I understand this chat comments on them having no depth, but give it a rest.

I disagree with this . Visi and sjc both have good players but Visi fell lost its way the second half. Visi won’t reach its full potential until they better control the midi line and open up the offense.

^What does this even mean?

It means
A. visi played poorly in the second half and the game was closer than it should
have been.

B. That visi does not use its entire offense because the sisters and the other midi do whatever they want. Zero play from the x, very little passing in the transition, and zero use of the attack line. Until they straighten this out outcomes will be below potential.

This is very true. Every goal besides 1 or 2 in every game (Outside Bullis) has been scored by the 3 middies. No ball movement whatsoever. They have other strong players in the offensive unit and don’t seem to use them.

Dad coach is brand new and playing the girls that he knows. More of a boys team strategy - just get it to the strongest girl and let her run and gun.

They didn’t play Greenwich, they beat PVI Thursday, lost to Visi and Potomac on Saturday, then beat SJC on Sunday.

I think you refuted your own point with the 2nd sentence.

Dad coach knows many of the girls well- and the strategy comment is not 100% correct. There are plays that could use all players but the middies do as they please and are selfish.

Sounds like things are back to normal with disgruntled parents at Visi.

The only thing I'm disgruntled about is the wrong acronym being used. "St. Js" or "STJ" in this area means "The St. James". When you use one of these, you look like you don't know what you are talking about or are a Stars club parent. St. John's College High School, which has been around for a bit, uses "SJC". Please trash talk with the right letters at least.
