Viewing Jen's IG and not naming names, but if I had the money to go on a riverboat cruise of Europe, and my teeth were not great, I'd probably fix them first.

The whole circle of Jen's internet bestie clutch is grifty and narcissistic. Jamie is more narcissistic, and Kristen has tamped down on the shiling. But I looked up Sarah Goodfellow's IG (I used to follow her blog when they were in Peru) and she linked an article her daughter Riley wrote for the college paper. She details her semester in Spain, where she suffered severe anxiety because they would not honor her pronouns of they/them.
How self-centered do you have to be to live like this?
Also, as someone who studied abroad in college, you don't go into the situation thinking like that. You go abroad to learn about other cultures and other ways of living life. It's not about how the rest of the world is going to treat or react to you (although, as an American, you better be prepared to answer questions about US politics on occasion)
Also, the Goodfellows talk about how they lived for 5 years in Peru, but from their blog, I remember them taking frequent furloughs back to the States. Like they were spending 1/3 of their time back home and not in Peru.
I loved what they were doing with Krochet Kids...does anyone know if it is still around (too lazy to google)

Yikes! Brandon. Horrible horrible look to promote hard liquor. He publicly admitted to a drunken accident that killed his friend. He admitted that substance abuse harmed his marriage and he cheated. His son has a DUI already.

Rather than take any time to seriously pursue recovery, he jumped into another marriage and now he’s grifting booze. Reckless man child.

I will give credit to Jamie and Kristen for getting normal jobs once blogging died instead of turning to constantly trying to sell stuff on instagram like a lot of other bloggers did. And neither of them posts unflattering rants about their kids and they have both found new partners without being obnoxious about how super special their love is. Neither of them are going on podcasts or tours to try to hold themselves up as some kind of relationship guru because they found love after a divorce (like Jenn and Glennon have done.)

Don't know who Sarah Goodfellow is but an essay on not having pronouns used in another country sounds like some insufferable Gen-Z entitlement.
