Why APS schools do not serve any products that contain pork???

Because they probably have a high percentage of Jewish and/or Muslim students.
I grew up in an area of Los Angeles with a lot of Jewish students and our public school didn't serve pork. The really religious kids are going to bring their own food, but a lot of people who aren't that religious still avoid pork while not following the other kosher laws closely. |

Islamic kids People don't eat as much pork in Arlington as they do other parts of the country. Lots more chicken and turkey eaters, and vegetarians as well. |
