When they tell you that they bought out half her contract, don't buy it. They paid her full contract plus much, much more. They're just sugarcoating it because they don't want you to have yet another breakdown on air where you cry, slur and call people toaster ovens.

Even if Danni got paid big money doesn't last long when you do have income coming in. Plus, no station is going to pick her up so that money will need to last awhile being in her shoes. Also, stop hating on Kane you don't know the whole story. Kane is good at what he does that's why he has his own morning show! He may be a jerk at times but if Sarah was so good as a morning host her show wouldn't have been canceled.

Kane used to be good at radio because he was the young married guy with kids who could play the Joe Everyman family guy. Not anymore. Now he's the middle aged divorced guy with mental health issues who had a public meltdown, threw his wife under the bus, etc. who now acts like he's single and ready to mingle, getting creepy with young callers, and slurring all morning long through his fake Roses and scams. He will be out within the year.

RE: Sarah - 107.3 hasn't had a successful morning show in nearly two decades. You can't blame Sarah for that.

I feel like I need to comment on everyone saying how fake TKS is. While I don't think that the whole entire show should be one giant lie, you do have to remember that they have to fill about 2 hours of content (after commercials and songs), 5 days a week. I'm sure there aren't always things happening naturally in their everyday lives to fill up that much space, so of course some things will be embellished or fabricated in order to ignite discussion. And in terms of the fake roses and scams, they aren't the only morning show who does those. Another show I listen to out of Detroit does the same two bits, along with also doing a bit about a guy calling people asking them fake "census" questions. Even Elvis Duran does "phone taps". Honestly, it's morning fluff radio. No one listens to these types of shows to get any real news, so what do you guys honestly expect?

Sarah also released the ratings for STM when that Georgetowner guy came to interview her on the podcast. I believe they were #3 in the 18-34 demo. So things can happen to shows that are doing alright. Kane is a lot bigger, but if he gets to be too much drama, the station could go in another direction.

No, I don't know that because I don't even know who Elliott is, I'm not from the DC area. I found TKS years ago searching for a show to listen to during the time between my hometown's morning and afternoon shows. I'm not saying there aren't better morning shows and morning show hosts out there than Kane, far from it. What I'm saying is, that everyone seems to make a huge deal out of some of the fake parts of the show that plenty of other very successful morning shows do as well. I feel like instead of focusing on that, we should focus on what an ass Kane is, because the other stuff is honestly nothing new among syndicated morning shows.
