But then you know that over 1Million Americans died for COVID. And that is a conservative number. While the Fatty One is a criminal, he is not criminal because he was wrong about COVID.

No you're wrong. I earned more money precovid and my 401k increased more in the last three years than in the first three years of Trump. Gas is roughly the same. Food is more expensive but that's because the minimum wage went up and you have to pay the period who pick, pluck, market and prepare your food. Or do you think you are the only person entitled to raises and not the people who keep you fed.

Your personal story is an anecdote. PP was erroneously claiming Trump’s economy was in “pre recession” territory which is what I was responding to. And no, inflation isn’t a result of a minimum wage increase (!), although hikes in wages such as the fast food workers in California for ex due to ridiculous progressive policies do cause job losses and shuttered businesses.

That’s not what the court said.

It does say that. Within the President's core constitutional duties, he is immune, and the underlying motive for an official act can't be challenged. Paying for a pardon is legal. Very simple. Cite something that suggests to the contrary.

The SCOTUS has said that Biden can do pretty much anything he wants to with the DOJ and that he is immune from criminal prosecution from using the military and intelligence agencies as he sees fit. No prosecutor can examine his motives. He is completely immune from prosecution in regards to anything he does with immigration policy. In his role as President this is what the conservative majority has ruled.
