Tallahassee Yoga Shooter Was A Far-Right Misogynist

This incident is being discussed in the Off-Topic forum, but it has now taken on political dimensions:

https://www.buzzfeednews.com/article/davidmack/tallahassee-yoga-shooter-incel-far-right-misogyny-video

"The man who shot dead two women at a yoga studio in Tallahassee, Florida, on Friday before killing himself was a far-right extremist and self-proclaimed misogynist who railed against women, black people, and immigrants in a series of online videos and songs."

The killer is a fan of Elliot Rogers making him reminiscent of the guy in Canada who went on a killing spree.

Of course Trump is fixated on a band of impoverished migrants 1,000 miles away while he ignores the home-grown threat.

After pipe bombs and synagogue and failed black church/actual grocery store shooting, I was taking a mini break from news.

Senseless violence and illogical hate seems inevitable.

Where are all the Trumpsters who keep insisting that “the libs” are the ones who commit all the violence in this country. This is disgraceful. A synagogue. a yoga studio. This country is becoming a war zone with daily massacres of the innocent.

Trump and his fanboys probably admire this guy's creepy groping music.

Here's a link to the story.

Sounds like he was rejected by woman and considered himself an incel. Hero was the dude in CA who shot up a bunch of people for the same reason.

The CNN article did not say anything about how this guy voted. It said he, essentially, he could not get laid.

Why did you post an article that didn't provide full information. I posted an article in the original post that offered more information. Instead of stumping yourself with your own posts, maybe read mine?

GOP have simply taken the white hoods off.

It is like the Civil War never happened.

Because CNN provided a more balanced view and gave facts rather than opinion. Buzzfeed was clear, though, that they could not determine this guy's political affiliation. Once I saw them state that outright, the rest was the writer's interpretation.

He identified himself as an “involuntary celibate.” That is a fact. To interpret that he was a misogynist from this and the fact that he shot a yoga studio full of women is another clue.

The assumption here is only republicans can be involuntary celibates and misogynists?

The involuntary celibate movement is inherently conservative and misogynist. Plenty of articles to find about it to get yourself informed.
