Ugh. Scary that he used to be a high school teacher.

I posted in the other thread that he was reportedly a conservative, and some PPs questioned why it was relevant since this was allegedly a domestic incident. However, given similar crimes by other conservative men recently, I thought there might be a link.

Something is wrong with the way kids are growing up. Maybe more parent is education is key. What happens to little children often has lifelong consequences.

Because CNN provided a more balanced view and gave facts rather than opinion. Buzzfeed was clear, though, that they could not determine this guy's political affiliation. Once I saw them state that outright, the rest was the writer's interpretation.

"Far-right" is a description of the political views this guy held. "Affiliations" is a linkage to a particular group. It is sad, but not surprising, that conservatives (that refers to people holding certain political views, not an affiliation) don't understand simple things like this. CNN is unaware of any party or group membership held by the killer. However, an examination of the killer's social media shows that he holds far-right political views. Sorry that this hurts the feelings of the "F your feelings" crowd.

This guy is definitely far right or alt right—given his women/race hating views. These aren’t “conservative” values they are fascist ones. However, these views gets lots of support from the gop—“blame on both sides” after a neo-nazi deliberately murdered a woman in Charlottesville.
