Lots of interesting nuggets in here! Holy cow Mundo made a lot of K offers.

Wow. ITS made a ton of K offers also.

And Shining Stars made 117 PK3 offers??

Is something up at Creative Minds? They made tons of offers in all grades (except 3rd)

Hyde-Addison made 117 K offers? I wonder how many of those people will stay when they move out of the swing space next year

The later into the process (once it's already a month or more into the school year), the more offers will be made because many people already feeling settled in the school where they started the school year will stay put.

ITS waiting until August to make any waitlist offers probably caused some of this.

And it feels shady / manipulative.

I don't see what's manipulative about it, but it was a stunning drop and I would have much rather switched DC over before school began.

Way more offers than last year at ITS and MV both.

More WL movement is good news. It means more families are getting seats at their preferred schools. Hyde basically cleared its WL for K, 1, and 2. I’m sure that had a cascading effect at some other schools.

This is why people should put their lists in their actual order.

If you wanted immersion, you got it this year... somewhere.

If you wanted Montessori, you got it this year.... somewhere.

Heck, there was WL movement at Key and Maury and Brent.

Have anyone's list moved the slightest bit since Oct 5? Mine have been dead in the water.
