I don’t get this. How would you have any idea? She was always tall and skinny. When her father was president, she was in the midst of having kids. Now she doesn’t do anything of note and lives in Florida and is obsessed with publishing photos of herself. Maybe she’s just dieting. I mean maybe she is taking Ozempic but it’s not like she used to be fat!

What would you say is your other favorite? For me it was a dress she wore on a vacation, maybe Italy or something? It had a colorful print and she looked like a relaxed normal person who was not cosplaying.

That's what's going on! The implants look like round circles implanted in her chest. She might have turned out okay if not for her dad's narcissism. I'm sure the three oldest battled it out to be #1 and that he encouraged it. That's my guess as to why the oldest three are so damaged. I don't know about the other 2 kids we know about plus any others we don't know about.
