Yes, that is also on their website.
"East Coast Premier Cup is partnering with D.C. United to bring their academy to play, scout, and interact at the East Coast Premier Cup; offer a unique opportunity to attend the D.C. United vs. Philadelphia Union match on Saturday, August 28th at 8 PM; and have D.C. United players present awards to tournament winners." Which makes no sense because they won't know the winners until the day after the DC United game |

So was the 07 team. 07 team played up and age group , put in the top division, and lost. 08 played up, was put in the 2nd division and also lost. |

Lol and remember this, when you finally figure it out. It’s only pre-season. Means nothing, other than coach gathering as many data points as possible to go into the season as strong as possible. As coaches should be doing. Weather cut the game waaaay short. |
