2nd longer toe and sexy or open toed shoes

I’ve always thought a longer second toe looks better, because it elongates your foot. I notice a lot of tall, slender women have it. Especially models.

And really, what does the word "sexy" mean? I started to wonder, it seems like it means revealing, but not really attractive; for example, too tight clothes
