I have yet to meet a SpEd team member who is anything short of fabulous. The principals...I don't feel the same way. I've also been fortunate with really good teachers too. I don't like when the principals disregard the teacher's lived experience. I watched it happen to three separate teachers.

(I just had to use "lived experience" again for giggles)
