Husbands 30th Birthday

Anonymous
I was lucky when I turned 30 percent was single and dating a Rich girl (I was not) only birthday in life that was perfect.

Took me to Manhattan, paid expensive hotel, went out to fancy restaurant (suit and tie, buy a new dress type place) back to a fancy hotel. And yes the only time in life the chocolate starfish was on the menu. Wonderful hotel brunch in morning, walk around Central Park and then back to my reality.

She actually I think felt bad my birthdays suck. Guess what they sucked ever since. Plus having a beautiful rich blonde paying for it doesn’t hurt.

Although I have not spoke to her in many years maybe I can see if she will do the Same for your husbands birthday.

I tell you he won’t forget it.

Stirring the chocolate sauce.

Jeez - my husband has never requested that and he won’t get it. But I give BJ’s freely so he seems very happy.

Or, you could invite one of your friends over one evening.

There are varying degrees of happiness and he’s not as happy as he could be.

BS. A wife who gives lots of BJs to her husband is rare and wonderful.

I’m throwing a *small* surprise party (by small I mean 6 of our closest friends are going to come over for dinner and a fire in our backyard so don’t come for me ). But I’m struggling with a good gift idea for his big 3-0. He loves whiskey, fishing, going to the shooting range when he has time, beef jerky, etc. I mean...typical guy stuff. Anyone have any good ideas?

Op how long have you been married? I don’t know a single person who got married before 32. Call me crazy but 30 is really young to be husband and wife

What does that have to do with anything? Oh wait, are you one of those people who view marrying before “32” as some sort of low class indicator? In which case, why fixate on a birthday gift when you could be overpaying for a meal in a trendy restaurant or some other acceptable DC ritual?

OP here: we just celebrated our 3 year anniversary a week ago. We got married when he was 26 (turned 27 a month later) and I was 28. Not really seeing the big deal...

Do you have space for a fire pit? Solo or Breeo are name brand technical ones but you can also get a very simple one from Home Depot.
