| Presley! |
| I knew a Pandora but she wasn’t pretty. |

Penelope is becoming more popular, which makes it a great choice.
Pia is an interesting name. Not so popular tho, so maybe avoid? |
OP here. Thanks, everyone! You’ve come up with names we hadn’t thought of. I tend to agree with the poster who said no pretty names start with p but I’m stuck (Jewish tradition on my husband’s side to honor deceased relative). I think my favorite is Paige but I’m going to run a bunch by DH. |
It’s more fun. |
|
I like Paige, Poppy, and Portia.

| Do other people not have access to google and the 1000s of baby name finder sites? |
That's true, but I don't think Pam Anderson or Pam from the office will stick in minds forever! Yes it means honey and I still think of Pamela Harriman and the turn of the century generation. |
Don't take away our name threads! I love them!!! |
+1. Google doesn’t come with opinions or stories about the horrible person you knew in high school with that name! Leave us alone! |
| Phyllis |
| Phylicia |
| Persia (like the actress from Girlfriends). |
| Petra |

I recently used Philomena as a middle name (a family name). I also considered other P names to honor but pick the baby's own name instead; my favorites were Priscilla and Philippa.
Here are P names in the top 1000 in 2018: Rank Name 26 Penelope 52 Paisley 88 Piper 101 Peyton 162 Parker 206 Presley 213 Paige 220 Payton 320 Phoebe 326 Paislee 329 Paris 353 Phoenix 575 Priscilla 592 Poppy 647 Pearl 679 Palmer 744 Princess 755 Penny 775 Paislee 793 Paula 908 Promise 912 Paloma 913 Patricia 918 Paulina 921 Perla 963 Paola |
