Fashion Icon and World’s Most Admired Woman: Michelle Obama Fashion thread

Michelle Obama is literally the most admired woman in the world, period. And Glamour and both American and British Vogue have literally called her a fashion and style icon. If you have something to contribute to this thread, have at it. If not, get lost. It’s not political here.

I greatly admire Michelle’s heart and mind. She is the best First Lady ever.

I do not admire her fashion sense or body type at all. In that vein, Melania would be more my style, with the notable exception of her incredibly offensive jacket.

It’s better to have the heart and mind than the body or clothes.

Uh no

Not PP but my contribution is that she’s not the most admired woman in the world and CERTAINLY not for the hideous “fashion” that’s been posted here.

I'm the PP who disagreed about MO being a fashion icon and most admired.

It isnt political, you're the one who brought up that aspect, just my opinion which is perfectly valid given the discussion. Based on the comments here, it looks like there are a lot of posters who dont like or agree with her fashion.

I think she adds her style to outfits that would be otherwise boring.

crystal embellishments on this Christopher Kane blazer ($1,695)

I loved her preppy style when she was First Lady. A lot of what she wears now isn’t really my taste, but I still adore her. I think she’s having more fun with her style now that she has her own life/identity back.

Pants should certainly be tailored to your figure, but sorry PP, we ladies with hips and ass enjoy showing them off.

You mean in those sporadic occasions when you find pants that fit you? Leggings are not pants, we already established that

Love her so much, but not her fashion.

Melania does not deserve to be in the same thread as her, for any reason.

I have no interest in what these vapid rags declare MO to be.

That’s four years and at least 20 pounds ago.

I really liked her style as First Lady much better!

She wears the worst clothes that are way too young for her and lack any sense of style.
