Where do you keep your tissue boxes?

Anonymous
Unless someone is sick, the tissues in our house stay tucked away — there are some in drawers in the bathrooms, a closet in the kitchen, a drawer in the family room, etc. I buy the small travel packs for dc’s backpack and my purse. I have also adopted my husband’s habit of always carrying a handkerchief, but that’s rarely for my nose — they come in handy for so many other things.

I think a lot of depends on your situation — my Mom has allergies, and kept boxes of tissues everywhere. My DH’s and dc and I rarely have runny noses.

Doesn't anyone keep a hanky up the sleeve of their cardigan anymore?

I do. And yes, I am old and old-fashioned. I also hate to be the person with something hanging out my nose.
