What I have heard is that these kinds of rooms are a plenty in Russia and they are wired to record stuff. Important people are regularly spied upon and set up so they can be blackmailed later. When Obama used it he just used it for sleeping. They may have some footage of him of snoring, picking his nose, using the toilet or taking a shower but nothing that would embarrass him politically. The next "guest" was dotard who also availed of the the room and ended up being so stupid as to hire russian agents pretending to be prostitutes and they did stuff like pissing on him (or he pissed on them) etc. In short, they put up a sex show which had a lot of fetishes in it and would be considered very gross and deviant by normal people. I guess filmed while banging an underage prostitute would not have the shock value in dotard's case.
