Successful male here. My now DW checked all of these, plus she is just awesome. Suprisingly #6 is where most woman don’t have a clue. I would also add where clothes that fit you and your body type.

My 30 years old college athlete & good looking son has about 10M net worth . His wife of 5 five years came from a very poor and broken family and it did not bother him or my wife and I. The most important thing is that his wife is a good person. That's what matter. My son met his future wife while volunteering for a homeless shelter where his future MIL and wife were staying.

You don't actively look for these things.
