I am taller than my husband when I wear heels and it doesn't bother us.

And I sincerely hope that my very short son will meet a woman who doesn't mind being taller than him!!!

FUN FACT: You get your height from your mother so your son won't have to worry

Anecdotally, I don't believe you. My mom was 5'2". Father stood 6'1". I fall right down the middle between them in height. I am 5'81/2".

Neither do I. Husband is 6'1" and has a 4'11" mom and a 6'2" dad. I'm 5'3" and our son has always been 95th percentile for height and the dr thinks he will Ben 6'2".

Love my DH. He is 5'6" and I am 5' 10". I don't like or really need heels so it is not an issue. We met before online dating was a thing, became friends, and eventually started dating. He is the most wonderful sweet man I ever dated, and we have been married 20+ years.

And, my dad was 6'4", my mom was 5'4". I am tall and large like my dad, and my brother is small and petite like my mom. Mom still hates the fact I turned out "big" and not my brother.

Glad the height difference does not bother you guys.

I am tall and I want a tall man though especially now after my divorce.

If i was overweight and a guy didn’t notice that in my pictures initially but did later and this was a dealbreaker for him I would 100% want him to cancel the date.

I think both men and women are perfectly in their rights to have physical preferences.
