Having a possible First Lady pose naked is not creating a portrait of someone who is elegant and cultured in appearance, manner or taste. You can lump that with plastic surgery, such as a breast augmentation. She's essentially in the same category as Pamela Anderson or Courtney Stodden and I wouldn't want either of them as First Lady either.
