Kid refuses strep test

She really can't refuse. Untreated strep leads to heart issues and meningitis.

Everyone hates strep tests, immunizations, blood draws.

If she leaves without getting that test then good luck every time she doesn’t want to do something.

And she’s contagious so don’t put her in school.

Y 5 yo is like this every time he has strep. Normally a very obedient kid. It takes me and two medical people to hold him down and give him a strep test. No biggie.

I wonder if it's a sign of strep in some kids.
