How many real trump supporters on DCUM

Anonymous
When you get to the voting booth, ask yourself:

Whom do I want with his "finger on the button"? Trump is a very impulsive person with almost complete ignorance of foreign policy. His views on that subject are laughable. Would he suddenly start attacking other countries if he felt personally insulted by attacks on Americans, for example?

I do not want a man as irrational as Trump as Commander in Chief of the US Military. He's a bombastic bully who appeals to people who want to be entertained. This is not reality TV, people!

I dislike Hillary, but I'm voting for her. She is thoughtful, rational, experienced in international politics and she's not going to go ordering attacks on every country that offends her personally.

Not to mention the Supreme Court....

If you are a Trump supporter, define yourself as superficial and careless, as he is. The man has been bankrupt, how many times -- three or four? He inherited millions and lies about his net worth. No one knows if he's a billionaire as he claims. He won't reveal his tax returns. The man is a sham.

The idea of Trump as the leader of the most powerful country on the planet frightens me. It ought to frighten you too.

When I read illegal immigrants are not only coming here in droves but getting more government goodies than any of our poorest citizens, I turned and supported Trump.

A little side note here. There are downtown activities any given week in my area. The people working those cash jobs are on Visas from South Africa.

With all the homeless, all the poor people looking for work, the unemployed, the financially strapped, THIS IS WHAT WE ALLOW ?

Fuck that.

AMERICA FIRST !

Go Trump !

Pssst, Trump doesn't like you, and he doesn't respect you either. If you think otherwise, you are kidding yourself.

That said, I will vote for Trump over Clinton -- no questions asked.

+1

The heart of the problem. If you are not questioning Trump's fitness to be POTUS, you ought to. Politicians need to be thoughtful people, not entertainers. Trump is the latter, agreed, but he's never shown himself to be the former.

If you spent a moment thinking about and asking yourself questions about Trump, instead of simply reacting to his antics, you'd realize he is not fit to govern this country.

That's fine. But you have to know that your views are not typical for an educated minority woman

Her vote matters. So despite the fact you may not be able to group her as a certain political party insists she votes due to minority status, she too has a voice.

Huh? Of course she has a voice. But she is something of an outlier. Trump is wildly unpopular with women, minorities and educated voters overall.

Says you. He is doing better and better with all groups. Trump may be unpopular in your little group, but you should not apply this to the whole. Minorities and women do not vote as a group. Once this becomes a two person race everything chances. Many minorities are very conservative and Trump will apply to them.

You keep telling yourself that. Current Trump unfavorables are 63 percent. The winning candidate is going to need to do well, really well, with Latinos and blacks, not to mention women, who are 70 unfavorable for Trump. He will likely pull those numbers up a bit by appealing to conservative women who don't like feminism, but it won't be nearly enough.

Don't forget, Trump is also a completely loose cannon. He literally cannot control himself. Who knows what kind of damage he will do to himself next?

My daughter-in-law is Hispanic, well educated and employed and she is a Trump supporter. She does not publicize it among other Hispanics whom she does not know well because there is this mindset that if a Hispanic supports Trump he is somehow betraying them. I think there are likely more Hispanics than is evident who will support Trump even if they are not vocal about it.

Where did you read the facts you mentioned in your first sentence? Can you please provide a source?

Source for this. Because my understanding is that if you are undocumented you can't get much.

Oh I bet this would be quite the shocker for you-

Quite a good number of Muslims support Trump

Guess what? Not everyone believes he hates all minorities. There are loud sound bytes to his campaign but most people are intelligent enough to understand beyond sound bytes.

That's what the Hillary supporters are so upset about. Lol. That's why there is the constant stream of "but you want to vote for a racist, xenophobe, misogynist!" posts. Guess what Hillary cheerleaders, we can read beyond your sound bytes too.

Signed,
Democrat who would vote for Bernie but never Hillary

True, but that is not the point at all. Trump most definitely does not like people of color.

What are Hilary's number? Well looks like 53%. So if Trump "pull those number up a bit"(I assume you mean lower his unfavorables)and drive hillary's higher...maybe they can meet at 58% unfavorable??? I know many first generations families who according to you would not even consider Trump, but they are huge supporters for him. I have seen this before. You need to get out of your echo chamber.
