Today I'm wearing a black and white striped skirt, a fitted black sweater and some knee high boots. I know knee high boots are so out but I just couldn't put on tights and booties today. Too much Christmas food and not enough cardio lately...

Are tall boots really out? Seriously, I see women wearing them all over DC. Is this akin to jumpers being "in" and everyone should be wearing them to weddings and such...

Who makes up these rules? Tall boots are classic.

If they're yoga leggings and you tuck in it isn't. I suppose a bootcut yoga pant would look odd...I wouldn't wear that. But my yoga leggings don't look any different than regular leggings when tucked into boots and work with an ass-covering top.
