Let's look at this "institutionalized racism" shall we?
It's not white people going into low-SES black neighborhoods and feeding black kids junk food, it's not white people keeping those black kids from getting a good night's sleep, it's not white people disrupting their classrooms, it's not white kids beating them up at recess, nor are white kids going around making them beat up other black kids or steal from them, it's not white people at their house keeping them from studying and doing their homework, white people aren't going around forcing black kids to drop out of school, white people aren't going around forcing them to have unprotected sex and get pregnant, white people aren't going around selling them drugs, forcing them to commit crimes... The problem holding so many black kids back isn't "institutionalized racism" - it's that their own families and community has already set them up for failure long before they've even had to deal with any white people. |
The real "institutionalize racism" is the fact that so many kids get the parents they get (or don't). What is the solution? Massive numbers of custody losses and adoptions? |

The US already paid reparations.
It was called the Civil War. Just go to Gettysburg or look at the memorials to the dead on every town green in New England. Union soldiers paid with their blood and often their lives to defeat the South and end slavery. #these white lives matter, too. |
Yes of course that is what is going on here. Because when I look at elite colleges all I see are minority women with low test scores. Hardly a rich white man to be found. |

Yawn...
Does this merry-go-round of finger pointing ever stop - I'm getting bored. |
Keep up it is easy; White people are at fault for being oblivious and opportunistic and black people are at fault for being politically decentralized and easy targets. |
That's American privilege. In most other areas of the world, especially Africa, many struggle just to survive. |
