And what about the pink Sunday rose dress that they seem to sell so many of?
I think that one is hideous also. |
| The worst thing about the Stripper Fairy (I love that description!) dresses is that if they were lined, they'd be a little OTT, but perfectly fine. Instead they look like something someone with too much money and no sense should be wearing under her dress. Or maybe to bed. |

Was married in 2006 and was a size 14, wore a strapless dress as a full 36C. I have never been comfortable with lots of cleavage showing so a significant amount was spent on the proper bra as well as alterations. The dress a PP posted for plus size women is lovely and if anything like that were available at the time, I definitely would have considered it. I do agree that many women are just being entirely too trashy, regardless of size, in their bridal wear.
I checked out the Pnina site. I think out of all of her collections over the years, there are maybe two or three I would consider, but I would have to be a size 6 before that would even happen. |
Ugh, yes - hideous! So are the dresses with skirts made out of (goose?) feathers. It makes the bride look like some sort of demented bird. |

The Sunday Rose wedding dress looks like someone got creative with a bunch of toilet paper.

Macy's Thanksgiving day parade....she just floats in that dress. Ha. |
I love it! Very ethereal. But that said, it's strapless and I'm so over strapless. |
