They used to be neck-in-neck. The last few years LV got crazy, crazy expensive. So- you are probably right. Though I think there are a few other Clarendon SFH neighborhoods that are comparable to AU park price-wise.

Indeed - we can do the same in Alexandria, with a lot more charm, better commute, and probably better restaurants.

Everyone knows everyone because everyone basically lives within a square mile. No bus service. It's a Normal Rockwell existence which is why prices have been drive as high as they now are.

Parents who send their kids to Janney are stingy folks who save money at their kids expense. And then spend much time tapping one another on the back and assuring one another how great the school is, just to feel better.

By the way, this house looks a little overpriced because it hasn't been renovated, but probably should go for something like 825k. It has a good amount of room, and just needs updating.
