| It seems like in upper NW neighborhoods the more you're able to spend, the more bang you get for your buck. Thw entry level points are pretty bad. That being said, don't get this one - it's $900k and from a brief look seems to need a semi-major renovation. Is their room in the back for expansion? Maybe that's what they're banking on? |
