That's what OP and her friends are trying to do. But saying "McLean, McLean, McLean" doesn't make it McLean. Really. |
|
I have lived in McLean just down the Westmoreland from this house most of my life. The folks arguing about this being a McLean/ Falls Church house are so stinking petty it is ridiculous.
Yes it is technically Falls Church but in a Mclean neighborhood so it would be easy to get it confused. Move the fuck on already |
My guess is that if there wasn't arson involved the OP never would have called this part of Falls Church "McLean." That's what seems petty to me. The rest is just a clarification of a basic fact. |
| It's McLean tax district so yes it's McLean |
| OMG. The house is not in McLean! Confusion and opinion are not facts. Really. |
Nope. There are parts of both Falls Church/22043 and Great Falls/22066 in the McLean Community Center tax assessment district, but McLean is just the 22101 and 22102 zip codes. Saying an area is McLean because it's in the MCC tax district makes no more sense than claiming it's McLean because it's in the McLean Police District, which includes McLean as well as much of Falls Church, Great Falls and Vienna. |
OMG who cares it's McLean |
|
Op got what she wanted - its not McLean, but she wants others to discuss it as if it is McLean. Vomit. |
What's McLean? |
One of the most Coveted areas of Washington DC Metro |
But you can just buy a house in Falls Church and then tell everyone you live in McLean! Works like a charm!! |
And attend McLean High School! |
| Do Marylanders argue about such petty things? Rockville/Silver Spring/Kensington vs Bethesda/Chevy Chase perhaps? |
North Potomac aka Gaithersburg |
