The dad (Aubry) actually makes $500K a year from modeling - I remember reading that a couple of places when they divorced. Is he rich, no, but he's certainly well off.

Is she moving to France b/c the papparazi laws are more strict?

Why not just move out of LA - Bruce and Demi Moore raised the kids in ID, the Afflecks are raising the kids in Boston, Nick Lachey is raising Camden in OH, etc. There are other places that are more of out the spotlight (and probably more husband-material there too).

They were never married. My question is why does she have to pay child support to him? I thought she had primary custody of Nahla?

Child support doesn't hinge on whether or not the parents were married. What she pays him seems fair considering her income. I bet her legal challenges have costs him hundreds of thousands of dollars in lawyers' fees. To me the leech could be Olivier. He's been hooking up with movie starts for years ... Not sure what the ladies see in him.

I believe Gabriel. I don't think he didn't tell the police because he thinks Halle Berry is paying them off. Which I suspect could be happening. It happens in other cities. Why would the police press charges against him and not Olivier?
