Jealous? Odd assumption. No, I do not have a rocking bod, nor am I a multimillionaire. I am not sure what that has to do with anything. She just always seemed so beautiful, gracious, etc. that I was surprised to read about this case. It really burns me when women try to take children away from regular and easy access to their fathers. It seems so wrong, I don't get why any mother would do this to her child, to the point of fighting in court for it. If you don't think it's wrong, then I question your judgment and sense of morals.

Unless the father is abusive I dont see why she would need to move to a foreign country to raise her daughter. Something is wrong with her picker. Makes me think this latest relationship is already on the clock.

There are many women who really only want men in their lives for what they can get from them (money, a child, etc.). Once they have what they want or he is no longer giving them what they want, they want to discard him, act like he never existed and move on to the next guy. She got the child she wanted, shes done with him. Many women don't think fathers are important, that all a child needs is a mother. Halle to me is just like countless other women...she just happens to also have fame and fortune and is playing out this scenario in public. Behind the scenes there are hundreds of thousands of men fighting to stay a meaningful part of their childrens lives, we just dont hear about it.

I really hate this.."it's her child"..it is both their child and they are both active parents. The child is an American and should be raised in US or Canada frankly..his original country if he has dual citizenship. I think she will lose this one..and she should. Frankly..she is such a nut. I do remember when she hit that women with her car and ran away and then but some luck of the world..manage to actually sell that she forgot she hit someone. It's awful. I hope that gets brought up in court. She is a wack job.

I totally remember that accident where she hit that poor woman and drove home. SHE was actually acting like she deserved sympathy and not the poor woman she hit.
The scratch on her head was covered by the tiniest band-aid ever. Meanwhile the real victim was in bandages/a cast. It was crazy.

So....did you all hear about the fight that broke out at Thanksgiving between her ex and the fiancee? It really wouldn't surprise me if Halle and Olivier was trying to set up the ex so he will lose custody of their daughter.

Me too..I feel bad for the father..I remember neighbors where she lived saying he was nice and she was awful . This whole thing smells funny. I find it interesting that her ex asked that they turn over her security cameras to exonerate him..so far they haven't. I think she is pissed that she can't steal their child and was trying to incite him to have their child be able to move to France. She is beyond awful..crazy..would love if she had her custody taken away.

I agree. Aubry was in the driveway dropping the child off and the fiance approached him to tell him he needed to move on. I think this was a set up. Say a few things to make him as angry as possible, probably got into this personal space. Apparently first contact was Aubry pushing the fiance back then fiance 'defended himself' and beat Aubry up pretty badly. Fiance had a cut knuckle, Aubry had broken ribs and other injuries. Then fiance does a citizen's arrest and keeps Aubry pinned to the ground till cops get there. Aubry gets arrested because he made physical contact first.

At first I was thinking how could Olivier beat up Aubry--isn't Aubry a lot taller and bigger? But then I remembered hearing that Olivier comes from a family of boxers. He's crazy to stay with Halle and deserves whatever crazy she will bring. It's just a matter of time before she does some crazy shit on him.

Olivier's only injury was a cut knuckle so I don't think Aubry really fought back.
