I'm the poster who went from a 12 to a 2/4 (depending on store). I could eat 6 slices and have 3 beers no problem as well! The key is making up for it. Don't eat when you can. Eat ONLY what you want, when the mood strikes. Look into the 5/2 diet. I just reread more about it after I posted and its very similar to what I do. |
| There is some evidence that exercise doesn't play an important role in weight (yes many benefits but not weight control) and its all about calories and well balanced diet. For many reasons, I stopped exercising and I missed it. Notice my weight is completely dependent on my food intake. |
