We make something called cuppa-cuppa-cuppa.
1 cup raw diced vidallia or other sweet onion 1 cup mayo 1 cup + Swiss cheese (usually Jarlsberg) baked in the oven until the top is golden brown. Dig in with crackers. SO very yummy! |

I like this dip too. Sometimes I make it with plain greek yogurt. Still good. Agree on the water chestnuts. Don't skip them. |

I call this.. Crack Dip.. (or Cheese Spread).
In a food processor, process until smooth (about a minute): -5.2 oz package of Boursin Garlic and Fine Herbs cheese -1 c shredded extra-sharp cheddar -2 tbsp mayo -1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce -a pinch of cayenne pepper Transfer cheese mixture to a bowl. Garnish with minced chives. Serve with crackers or baguette slices. (I tend to pull the mixture out and let it soften at room temp before serving. It's more spreadable this way). |

| Fage 2% greek yogurt and a pouch of ranch or french onion dip mix. Both better after they've "set" overnight. Both delicious. |
