| This happened to my father. He was always O blood but recently a new primary care physician insisted he was A+ |
|
I don’t have any proof that my blood type changed, but some of my medical records say I’m AB+ and others say I’m A+. It drives me crazy because I want to know.
I really need to become a blood donor so that I can find out for sure... |
Who trusts online reviews? The bots and sponsors are out of the control. Just talk to your doctor. |

Even after verifying your blood type, there is always a type-and-cross-match process to make sure the blood is safe to give before transfusing. The only exception would be a true emergency and using universal donor blood (O-).

^^Sorry, cut off.

| Why do any pregnancy care then? Why do ultrasounds? If things don't work out and the baby or mom does it's just meant to be, right? |
Because we have science. Again, your whataboutism doesn’t work here. |
This. And the color of babies with “blue” eyes that turns brown is not actually blue. My MIL and DH wishfully insisted that DC was going to have blue eyes, but to me it was obvious his eyes were just a washed-out brown that would turn browner, not actually blue. |
Science that develop the shot for rh incapability? That same science? |
Yes, the same science I commented several times that allows you to overcome the genetic incompatibility with your spouse. That science. Are you going to read now? |
So now you are ok with different blood types having kids together? Glad you've come around to common sense. Hopefully you've learned to think before posting. |
My nephew had absolutely amazing eyes mid transition. Green and brown dappled. |
Nope, I commented in response to the PP talking about the I shot and have said from the beginning of my posting that genetically people were not compatible to reproduce. Science has made that possible. Again you’re so rageful about yourself that you can’t read clearly. |
I don’t know why you can’t seem to understand that I’m not against people receiving the shot for Rh incompatibility once a child that is at risk has already been created. I’m not against modern medicine. I simply believe that Rh positive and Rh negative people are not meant to have children together. |
What is the meaning of “meant”? What entity is decreeing this? |
