| Meant to say that CC is also on her list along with these schools above. |
Similar to my daughter’s list two years ago. She got into Midd ED2 after not getting in to Bowdoin. She was also accepted to CC EA and it was a strong contender. One of her oldest friends is at Carleton and loving it. Lots of great options, good luck to your DD |
One of Gorsuch’s kids attended too |
Thanks! Hope your DD is enjoying Midd. All of these LAC's look like great places to spend a few years. |
Not PP but any times Boulder or CC are mentioned the pearl clutching about pot kicks in. News flash: it's legal in a lot of other places now. |
| Kid ended up at Midd and loves it. Very outdoorsy, climbing/camping/skiing culture. Lots of kids from Colorado and out west in addition to the New England folk. She was worried about the athlete-non athlete divide but I think because there are so many athletic/outdoorsy kids interested in so many different things it isn't much of a problem. |
As a mom of a kid just accepted to Midd, I'm so glad to hear this. Kid loves the outdoors and wants this type of culture. Also really loved CC but Midd edged it out. Not an athlete so glad to hear it's not an issue. |
