yes, have been fully remote since 2017. I'm most productive this way. My billable hours prove it.

DH was hybrid before Covid and has been remote since. Which has been great because it's allowed me to take my career to where I've wanted it to be.

Lots of department is still fully remote, but they were remote hires. For those not hired remotely it’s 3 days per week minimum. Usually go in 4 if I’m busy.

I was back in the office 2 or 3 days a week in 2022-early 2025, but took a new role in my org this year (associated to DOGE fallout) and my new coworkers are spread across the country so I'm almost always home. I go into my local office once or twice a month for training or office events or to meet up with friends, but it's not a requirement.

I started off hybrid remote, the second job was mostly remote, went in once a quarter, if that. New job is hybrid and it will likely be once a week to biweekly. Although everyone who interviewed me minus the 2 department leads were at home during the process, so who knows how true this is. I live alone and I'm a homebody, so the interaction is needed.

Yes people are more productive when they remote and it was proven before Covid, which is why remote work began

Yes, my agency did it because they either had to send people home or spend millions of dollars on a larger facility. Our work is meticulously tracked and randomly audited for quality checks.

🤷🏻‍♀️We are. And our F500 company agreed that the majority of our workforce should remain remote. They see no need to make people waste time commuting when the time could be spent working.
